About the Alberta Electrical Association AEA

January 2017 the Alberta Electrical League AEL, Calgary Electric Club CEC and the Capital Region Electric Club CREC have joined forces.  This means all three groups can offer their members more for one membership fee.

The main change for all three groups is one membership fee.  The Electrical Learning EXPO, Seminars, Educational Courses, Golf, Curling, Bowling, Hockey,….etc will all be the same. Now all of our members will receive the benefit of lowered fees for one membership rate.  Many of you were paying fees for all three groups, January on you will pay one rate.  Through this process you have mentioned that our fee structure is confusing, and now we have taken on the structure of the clubs where we have a Corporate Rate and an Individual Rate.

This year will be a work in progress for all groups and we welcome your suggestions as we are making these changes for YOU.

As a member of AEA, you have the strength of an industry at your back.  From Education to advocacy, tradeshows to networking, scholarships to member discounts, the AEA provices the services and support you need to grow your enterprise.
